I believe in aligning my energy on the “PPPF!” scale:

PEOPLE: Business is all about relationships. I love working with people who have generous and equal doses of passion, wit, and wonder. But more than anything, I want to work with people who are kind, heart-centered human beings.

PIE: As in "make the pie bigger." Does it heal? Does it lift people up? Elevate consciousness? Increase empathy? Create positive ripples in the world? I believe that it’s not a competition; that it’s actually about making the pie bigger. We’re all in this together. Let’s build something that matters!

PROGRESS: What are the objectives of the project? How will we know when we get there? Will the project move the needle forward? The project must have clearly defined and measurable goals for what success will look like. This could be about making something more profitable, or it could also be getting more people to do something (fulfilling needs), or producing a new and better outcome than the old way of doing things. Just whatever it is, we need to know what the destination is, and whether we’re making any progress getting there.

FUN! (obviously): Is it fun and interesting? Are we gonna have a good time together? Will the journey be more enjoyable than the arrival at the destination?
